Anakena is a Venezuelan Caribbean pop band founded in 2016. Over the past 10 years, the group has built a sound that blends Caribbean rhythms with a modern and fresh take on Latin pop.

 

With over 50 million streams on digital platforms, Anakena has taken their music through stages in 13 countries and 27 cities, building a proposal that connects the sounds of the Caribbean with contemporary latin pop.

 

In 2024, the band released 'Bachata City', an album produced in collaboration with Latin Grammy winner Juan Pablo Vega and conceived as a contemporary exploration of bachata and its many sonic possibilities. The album features collaborations with Noreh, Jorge Luis Chacín, Jambene, and Vega himself.

 

Now, Anakena opens a new stage with Verano Nostalgia, an EP completely self-produced by the band that reaffirms its creative identity and marks a moment of artistic and sonic evolution.

 

Currently, Anakena is celebrating its 10th anniversary while preparing a special tour for the end of this year, taking this new era of their music to stages around the world.
